Flora faced many horrors while captive under Bo. She wrote them down in books embedded with crystals to make the words invisible to anyone not illusion blind. Books reads the one book, summarizing it to Jaiden.
Wings cut off. Other physical harm.
Sexual Assault.
Forced pregnancies (in deal to keep Sun safe).
He also turned her handmaids into floaters (crystal and gem to make them illusioned not to be there or use powers).
Bo had Belle's (Zinnia's) wings cut off after she was born.
Flora wrote other journal/letters and stories to Sun and Zinnia to hopefully ready once they got older.
Lou is bumped to fall over the edge of the second floor to the first floor. Jaiden catches her. Lou is fine, just scared and bruised. Jaiden notes how no one noticed a thing. The veil covered the fall.
