Refunds and Returns

Author fulfilled merchandise and physical books can be returned for approved reasons within 14 days of delivery, at the discretion of Jacey K Dew on a case by case basis.

Potential approved return/refund reasons include:

Change of mind prior to items being shipped out. Dead on arrival (rejecting delivery of item directly with the delivery company if visibly confirmed damaged). Damaged upon opening. Wrong item sent. Parts missing. Significant misprints. Significant manufacturer defects.

We do not provide returns/refunds for reasons such as:

Delayed arrival out of our control. Don’t want/like/need it anymore. Change of mind. Price changes. Order by mistake. High shipping costs. Does not meet expectations. User error/damage. Miss delivered items due to customer error.

Contact admin@jaceykdew.ca to start the process. Please include the reason and necessary pictures or video to verify your issue.

We will investigate, verify, and offer a solution based on the case and our policy. This may include any of the following, but not limited to, refund, partial refund, item return, or exchange.

We will not approve return and/or refund if we suspect customer damage or read and damage for return, or other scam and fraudulent activity.

Digital Items

Digital items are considered consumed upon access or download, and are not returnable, not refundable, not exchangeable.

You are responsible for ensuring you download the item before the time limit is up.

Printful Fulfilled Merchandise Return/Refund

Printful fulfilled items are subject to Printful’s return policy outlined at https://www.printful.com/policies/returns

To summarize, no returns or exchanges, except when the fault (misprint) of Printful.

Printful Fulfilled Merchandise has a no return policy. Misprints/damaged/defective items must be submitted to Printful within 4 weeks. Redelivery of items unclaimed are the customer’s financial responsibility.

Subscriptions

Once a subscription service starts, you can’t get a refund for any payments already made. A subscription is considered consumed once access is given.

Once cancelled you will still have access to the end of the subscription period paid for. Abuse of your subscription account will cause immediate termination.

Order Cancellation

Jacey K Dew has the right to cancel any order for any reason. Including, but not limited to, suspicion of fraud.

Customs

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes and fees that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs or delivery.

Fulfillment

Fulfillment time varies per item.

Printful fulfilled items can take up to 10 business days to fulfill.

Author fulfilled items can take days to months, depending on whether the item is in prestock, made per order, preorder, or other varied circumstances. I do my best to get you your item(s) as soon as possible.

Shipping

We are not responsible for mis delivered items due to customer error.

If, for any reason, we can’t ship a product to you, we will refund your order in full.

Stolen packages will require a police report to be able to file with the delivery company, and receive a refund or exchange for same items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an item has shipped, as they are consumed upon shipment.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Timeline

Once a refund in agreed upon with will do what we can on our side to process it within one business day. Please have patience with our various providers as they each have varied refund processing times, ranging up to 2 weeks.
