We don't sell your information. We only collect the information we need to run what we need to, provide an experience, and for mail purposes. It's deleted when you cancel or if requested.
You can control how often you are emailed through your customizable profile.
No returns and no refunds on subscriptions. You may cancel at anytime, and will have access to the subscription for time already paid for, as a subscription is considered consumed once access is given.
You represent and warrant that you are of age under the laws of your jurisdiction and/or lawfully able to enter contracts. If you are not legally able to enter contracts, you cannot use the SuperData subscription service at any time or in any manner or submit any information to us.
Abuse of your subscription account will cause immediate termination.
If I can't fulfill a mailing obligation, due to an issue on my side, I will refund the excess payments on the account over and above Diurnal payment level.
